The packing personnel from Service Master demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and performed their duties to an exemplary standard. Should such a situation arise again, I will undoubtedly choose to handle the packing and care of my items personally. Please retain the following team members on your staff: Yanet, Mary, Jorge, Dakota, and Kevin. Thank you very much for all your assistance.

Andrew and Kevin rocks! Christine and I have never had insurance work done with contractors so efficient and willing to ensure our complete satisfaction. When the flooding occurred, once the water was turned off, our second call was to ServiceMaster of Athens, and they arrived within the hour. (Our first call was to our private plumber). I later learned that ServiceMaster could’ve handled the plumbing too! Next time, our first call will be to ServiceMaster of Athens. Thanks guys! Well done!
